บทคัดย่อ

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the extend to which a physical fitness sports programin the field of football at Srinakarintara Princess Mother School in Samutsakhon, Thailand was conducted. The 85 subjects were 13-17 years old football players.
The physical fitness test consists of measuring body weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, strength and enduranceof the abdominal muscles, strength and endurance of the upper body muscles, the flexibility of the muscles of the back and legs andcardiovascular endurance of the participants. The Mean and Standard Deviation and the paired – sample test have been analyzed and recoded.
Results:
The 85 subjects were 13-17 years old football players, the body weight was an average of 59.01 kg, the height was an average of 170.67 cm, resting HR was an average of 71.94 beat/minute and blood pressure was an average of 125.55/66.35 mm/Hg.
Body fat percentage: At the pre-test, the subjects’ body fat percentage was an average level (14.98%) and at the post-test, the subjects’ body fat percentage was an average level (16.78%) which was not significant at .05
Sit ups: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at a good level (44.32 sit ups) and at the post- test, the subjects performed at a very good level (47.79 sit ups) which was significant at .05
Push ups: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at a low level (26.46 push ups) and at the post-test, the subjects performed at a good level (30.47 push ups)which was significant at .05
Sit and Reach: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at an average level (14.52 cm) and at the post-test, the subjects performed at an average level (14.25 cm)which was not significant at .05 Distance run 1600 m: At the pre-test, the subjects covered the distanceat a low level (11.08 minutes) and at the post-test, the subjects covered the distance at an average level (10.91 minutes) which was not significant at .05
