บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the effects of pneumatic resistance training on legs muscle performance of football players in the sports program. The sample groups were football players in the sports program of Srinagarindra, The Princess Mother School, Samutsakhon under Patonage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. There were specific selection of 20 people and 2 random sample groups of 10. The experimental group practiced the supplementary training program with pneumatic resistance at 75% – 85% of 1 RM for 6 times per set with the fastest rhythm and 15 seconds rest between rep, 3 sets, 3 minutes rest between each set, 2 days per week, for 6 weeks and follow the regular football training program for 90 minutes 6 days per week. The control group Practiced the football training program for 90 minutes, 6 days per week. The data were analyzed by Mean (Mean) and Standard Deviation (SD). The obtained differences within groups, before and after 6 weeks t-test compared and the differences between the experiment group and the control group compared by independent t-test. The results found that the experimental group after 6 weeks of training had Peak power (X= 30. 80,SD 3. 99), Legs muscle strength X= 2. 69,SD= 0. 56), Vertical jump (X=56.20,SD-7.41) and Distance football kick (X=45.25, SD-6.84) increased significantly at the level of 0.05. The control group had only vertical jumping(X=55.70,SD-4.24) that increased significantly at the level of 0.05. When the experimental group and the control group compared. It is found that peak power, legs muscle strength, vertical jump and distance football kick not different significantly at the level of 0.05 The conclusion suggests that the pneumatic resistance training can improve legs muscle performance of football players in the sports program.
