บทคัดย่อ

The ability to change the direction of movement in cricket. Factors related to
have several components to physical performance related to the ability to change
direction of movement which will be developed to be more efficient. The purpose
of this research was to study physical performance and the relationship between
physical performance and ability to change movement direction of Thai National
Cricket team players. By physical fitness test, the data were analyzed for the Pearson
correlation coefficient.
The results showed that Peak force, height, and peak power in countermovement jumps were negatively correlated with the ability to change direction of
movement peak force, height, and maximum power in Squat jumps were negatively
associated with the ability to change direction. Running times at 5 m, 10 m and 20 m
were positively correlated with the ability to change direction of movement.
Changing direction of movement. Strength of the dominant and non-dominant hand
muscle groups there was a negative correlation with the ability to change direction of
movement aerobic capacity. Anaerobic power and anaerobic ability was negatively
correlated with movement direction change ability at the .01 level of significance. In
conclusion, fitness training should focus on maximum power and peak power training
in counter-movement jumps and squats, 5m, 10m and 20m sprint training, agility
training, strength training of the dominant and non-dominant hand muscle groups.
Aerobic and anaerobic training it will help cricket players to improve their ability to
change direction of movement.

บทคัดย่อ

กีฬาเทนนิสมีการใช้สมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับทักษะ โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวกับ ความเร็ว ความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว พลังกล้ามเนื้อ การทรงตัว การประสานสัมพันธ์ จําเป็นต้องมีวิธีการฝึกที่เฉพาะเจาะจง เพื่อให้ได้ผลที่ดี จึงมีวิธีการฝึกแบบแอนแอโรบิกทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบผลของการฝึกกระโดดเชือกแบบแอนแอโรบิกระยะสั้นและระยะยาวต่อสมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับทักษะของนักกีฬาเทนนิสเยาวชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักกีฬาเทนนิสเยาวชนที่มีอายุ 14-18 ปี วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยภายในกลุ่ม ก่อนการทดลอง หลังการฝึกสัปดาห์ที่ 3 และหลังการ ทดลอง 6 สัปดาห์ โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ํา (One-Way ANOVA with Repeated measures) ทดสอบความมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลังการทดลอง 6 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มการฝึกกระโดดเชือกแบบแอนแอโรบิกระ ยะสั้นและกลุ่มการฝึกกระโดดเชือกแบบแอนแอโรบิกระยะยาว มีสมรรถภาพทางกายที่สัมพันธ์กับ ทักษะ ด้านความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว พลังกล้ามเนื้อแขน การประสานสัมพันธ์ และความสามารถใน การกระโดดเชือก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มการฝึกกระโดดเชือกแบบแอนแอโรบิกระยะสั้น มีความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวและความสามารถใน การกระโดดเชือก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนกลุ่มการฝึกกระโดดเชือก แบบแอนแอโรบิกระยะยาว มีความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว พลังกล้ามเนื้อขา การประสานสัมพันธ์ และ ความสามารถในการกระโดดเชือก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของโปรแกรมการฝึกความอดทนแบบแอนแอโรบิกในอัตราส่วนเวลาฝึกกับเวลาพักแตกต่างกันที่มีต่อการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของระบบพลังงานและสมรรถนะของกล้ามเนื้อของฝีพายเรือ ยาวประเพณี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นฝีพายจํานวน 30 คน อายุ 15-18 ปี ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันเรือยาวประเพณีจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ทําการฝึกตามโปรแกรมการฝึกแบบความอดทนแบบแอนแอโรบิก โดยกลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 ฝึกในอัตราส่วนเวลาฝึกกับเวลาพัก 1:2 กลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 ฝึกในอัตราส่วนเวลาฝึกกับเวลาพัก 1:3 และกลุ่มทดลองที่ 3 ฝึกในอัตราส่วนเวลาฝึกกับเวลาพัก 1:4 จํานวน 15 เที่ยว ทําการฝึก 3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ทําการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบ ค่าที ทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ของตัวแปรด้านสมรรถนะของระบบพลังงาน ได้แก่ ความสามารถสูงสุดแบบ แอนแอโรบิก พลังแบบแอนแอโรบิก และความสามารถแบบแอโรบิก ตัวแปรด้านสมรรถนะของกล้ามเนื้อ ได้แก่ ความ แข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อบีบมือ ความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อเหยียดขา และความอดทนของกล้ามเนื้อท้อง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความสามารถทางแอโรบิก หลังการทดลองมากกว่าก่อนการ ทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความสามารถทางแอโรบิกและความ แข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อเหยียดขา หลังการทดลองมากกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กลุ่ม ทดลองที่ 3 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความสามารถทางแอโรบิก และความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อเหยียดขา หลังการทดลองมากกว่า ก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กลุ่มทดลองทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม มีความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อเหยียดขา และความอดทนของกล้ามเนื้อท้อง หลังการทดลองมากกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึง ทําการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีการทดสอบของ Bonferroni พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองที่ 3 มี ค่าเฉลี่ยความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อขามากกว่ากลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
สรุปการวิจัย การฝึกตามโปรแกรมการฝึกแบบความอดทนแบบแอนแอโรบิกที่มีอัตราส่วนเวลาฝึกกับเวลาพัก 1:2 1:3 และ 1:4 สามารถพัฒนาความสามารถแบบแอโรบิก ความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อเหยียดขาและความอดทนของ กล้ามเนื้อท้องได้

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลของการฝึกโปรแกรมแบบสถานีและโปรแกรมแบบหนักสลับเบาที่มีผลต่อความอดทนระบบไหลเวียนโลหิตของนักกีฬาฟุตซอล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi Experiment Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักกีฬาฟุตซอล จํานวน 45 คน ได้มาจากการเลือก กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ๆ ละ 15 คน ดังนี้ กลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 ฝึกโปรแกรมแบบสถานี กลุ่มทดลอง ที่ 2 ฝึกโปรแกรมแบบหนักสลับเบา และกลุ่มควบคุม ฝึกโปรแกรมแบบปกติเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 4 ชนิด ได้แก่ (1) โปรแกรมฝึกแบบสถานี (2) โปรแกรมฝึกแบบหนักสลับเบา (3) แบบทดสอบความอดทนแบบใช้ออกซิเจน (4) แบบทดสอบความอดทนแบบไม่ใช้ออกซิเจนทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านพลังอนากาศนิยม, ด้านสมรรถภาพอนากาศนิยมและด้าน ดัชนีความล้า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวชนิดวัดซ้ํา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผลการทดสอบความอดทนแบบใช้ออกซิเจน ภายในกลุ่ม พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองที่ 1, กลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 และกลุ่มควบคุมหลังการฝึกดีกว่าก่อนการฝึกอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 (2) ผลการทดสอบความอดทนแบบไม่ใช้ออกซิเจน พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 และกลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 หลังการฝึกดีกว่า ก่อนการฝึกอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ผลการทดสอบความอดทนแบบใช้ออกซิเจนระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 และกลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 ดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (4) ผลการทดสอบความอดทนแบบไม่ใช้ ออกซิเจนระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 และกลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 ดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สรุปได้ว่า ผลการฝึกโปรแกรมแบบสถานีและการฝึกโปรแกรมแบบหนักสลับเบาสามารถพัฒนาความ อดทนของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิตของนักกีฬาฟุตซอลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the effects of pneumatic resistance training on legs muscle performance of football players in the sports program. The sample groups were football players in the sports program of Srinagarindra, The Princess Mother School, Samutsakhon under Patonage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. There were specific selection of 20 people and 2 random sample groups of 10. The experimental group practiced the supplementary training program with pneumatic resistance at 75% – 85% of 1 RM for 6 times per set with the fastest rhythm and 15 seconds rest between rep, 3 sets, 3 minutes rest between each set, 2 days per week, for 6 weeks and follow the regular football training program for 90 minutes 6 days per week. The control group Practiced the football training program for 90 minutes, 6 days per week. The data were analyzed by Mean (Mean) and Standard Deviation (SD). The obtained differences within groups, before and after 6 weeks t-test compared and the differences between the experiment group and the control group compared by independent t-test. The results found that the experimental group after 6 weeks of training had Peak power (X= 30. 80,SD 3. 99), Legs muscle strength X= 2. 69,SD= 0. 56), Vertical jump (X=56.20,SD-7.41) and Distance football kick (X=45.25, SD-6.84) increased significantly at the level of 0.05. The control group had only vertical jumping(X-55.70,SD-4.24) that increased significantly at the level of 0.05. When the experimental group and the control group compared. It is found that peak power, legs muscle strength, vertical jump and distance football kick not different significantly at the level of 0.05

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research was to the study of the community for exercise and sports promotion in Samutsakhon province. The sample group 400 people The analysis of data was frequency and percentage of general information, knowledge and understanding about exercise and sports of people in Samutsakhon province. Mean and Standard Deviation of opinions about the community for exercise and sports promotion in Samutsakhon province.
The result found that the sample were male (42.50 %) female (57.50%) There were aged 31-40 years old (33.25%) There were single status (50.25%) There were bachelor’s degree (55.75%) There were government employees (27.25%) There were congenital diseases 345 (86.25%). There were exercise and sports, including running (33.25%) walking (16.00%) Knowledge and understanding about exercise and sports, They knew that the exercise improve the cardio-respiratory system, muscular system and other systems (99.50%). Exercise helps relieve tension and better sleep (99.50%) Exercise increases oxygen consumption and metabolism in the body (99.00% ). The community for exercise and sports promotion, They thought that the community should had an exercise yard with equipment and facilities (Mean = 4.22, SD = 0.77) the community should have outdoor fitness equipment and facilities (Mean = 4.20, SD = 0.78) the community should had a football field with equipment and facilities (Mean = 4.09, SD = 0.78) the community should had a futsal field with equipment and facilities (Mean = 4.05, SD = 0.82) the community should had a recreation yard with equipment and facilities (Mean = 4.03, SD = 0.79) the community should had leaders of exercise sports and recreation (Mean 4.04, SD = 0.81) the community should had members of exercise and sports on a regular basis (Mean 4.04, SD = 0.77) the community should had publicity information about exercise and Sports (Mean = 4.02, SD = 0.79)

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the effects of pneumatic resistance training on legs muscle performance of football players in the sports program. The sample groups were football players in the sports program of Srinagarindra, The Princess Mother School, Samutsakhon under Patonage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. There were specific selection of 20 people and 2 random sample groups of 10. The experimental group practiced the supplementary training program with pneumatic resistance at 75% – 85% of 1 RM for 6 times per set with the fastest rhythm and 15 seconds rest between rep, 3 sets, 3 minutes rest between each set, 2 days per week, for 6 weeks and follow the regular football training program for 90 minutes 6 days per week. The control group Practiced the football training program for 90 minutes, 6 days per week. The data were analyzed by Mean (Mean) and Standard Deviation (SD). The obtained differences within groups, before and after 6 weeks t-test compared and the differences between the experiment group and the control group compared by independent t-test. The results found that the experimental group after 6 weeks of training had Peak power (X= 30. 80,SD 3. 99), Legs muscle strength X= 2. 69,SD= 0. 56), Vertical jump (X=56.20,SD-7.41) and Distance football kick (X=45.25, SD-6.84) increased significantly at the level of 0.05. The control group had only vertical jumping(X=55.70,SD-4.24) that increased significantly at the level of 0.05. When the experimental group and the control group compared. It is found that peak power, legs muscle strength, vertical jump and distance football kick not different significantly at the level of 0.05 The conclusion suggests that the pneumatic resistance training can improve legs muscle performance of football players in the sports program.

บทคัดย่อ

the objectives of this research were tostudy: 1) media which all age groups exposed information and knowledge regarding health promotion and environmental health; 2) types of information and knowledge regarding health promotion and environmental health which all age groups exposed; 3) Emphasizing on health promotion of all age groups. The quantitative research methodology was conducted, as well as survey research method to collect data from the samples comprising of 5 age groups: 1) mothers and children group, 2) young student group, 3) teenage group, 4) working group and 5) elderly groups. There are 2,539 samples in 5 regions of Thailand, including Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, Chiang Mai, NakhonRatchasima and Songkhla.
The findings found that the majority of the youth and working-age were exposed to information and knowledge related to health promotion and environmental health through the internet, followed by the television. Elder people were most exposed to television media. All age groups were interested in information and knowledge about food cleanliness and safety. However, all age groups were exposed to sex, education, and life skills at the lowest level. The findings from this research illustrated that all age groups put an importance on the health, mostly to health care in food. Meanwhile, the student, teenage, and working groups paid more attention to oral health, mother and children cared for the environmental health and elder people focused on exercise.

บทคัดย่อ

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the extend to which a physical fitness sports programin the field of football at Srinakarintara Princess Mother School in Samutsakhon, Thailand was conducted. The 85 subjects were 13-17 years old football players.
The physical fitness test consists of measuring body weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, strength and enduranceof the abdominal muscles, strength and endurance of the upper body muscles, the flexibility of the muscles of the back and legs andcardiovascular endurance of the participants. The Mean and Standard Deviation and the paired – sample test have been analyzed and recoded.
Results:
The 85 subjects were 13-17 years old football players, the body weight was an average of 59.01 kg, the height was an average of 170.67 cm, resting HR was an average of 71.94 beat/minute and blood pressure was an average of 125.55/66.35 mm/Hg.
Body fat percentage: At the pre-test, the subjects’ body fat percentage was an average level (14.98%) and at the post-test, the subjects’ body fat percentage was an average level (16.78%) which was not significant at .05
Sit ups: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at a good level (44.32 sit ups) and at the post- test, the subjects performed at a very good level (47.79 sit ups) which was significant at .05
Push ups: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at a low level (26.46 push ups) and at the post-test, the subjects performed at a good level (30.47 push ups)which was significant at .05
Sit and Reach: At the pre-test, the subjects performed at an average level (14.52 cm) and at the post-test, the subjects performed at an average level (14.25 cm)which was not significant at .05 Distance run 1600 m: At the pre-test, the subjects covered the distanceat a low level (11.08 minutes) and at the post-test, the subjects covered the distance at an average level (10.91 minutes) which was not significant at .05
